Hudson vs. Holiday: Who Can Scream The Loudest?!

First off, you gotta give honor where honor is due. Jennifer Holiday is the original DIVA of this song and can sing the melody right out of it. Jennifer Hudson surprised her Atlanta audience at her and Robin Thicke's show last night by bringing out the lovely Ms. Holiday. Of course they kinda did a duet to her famous song "And I Am Telling You"(I'm Not Going). Is it just me or is it that when these two get together it almost sounds like a contest? Is J Hud just trying to keep up with the powerhouse voice that is Jennifer Holiday? You be the judge.

Nate Dogg Not Stalkin' No Mo'

The charges against Nate Dogg, who was accused of stalking and threatening his estranged wife have been dropped. The Associated Press is reporting that Prosecutors dropped the charges because the alleged victim had not contacted them. Nate Dogg better known to the government as Nathaniel Hale pleaded not guilty last summer to these charges that also included driving on a suspended license from a prior DUI conviction.

Danity Kane Officially Over...Or Not?

Most of us watched part one of the season finale of Making The Band 4 last night. Diddy unfortunately released cute lil' Andrea Fimbres out of her contract with Bad Boy. I dont know what's worse; having your group fall apart, or waiting this long just to be the last fired :(. We *heart* Danity Kane but is anyone really surprised? Blogs all over the net had been reporting that Danity Kane was done for, but Diddy eluded to that fact that maybe all 5 members would be present for the season finale next Thursday. If there is a twist to this story I can't wait to find out what it is...

You Need A College Degree To Work For Cam'ron!

In an interview with MTVNews, Cam'ron states that he never graduated high school and got in to Junior College because of basketball. He never took a test for his GED, it was just there waiting for him. Warrick Montgomery, current athletic director for Navarro College said he was there while Cam'ron was, but he was not the athletic director at the time. Montgomery goes on to say that he finds it very unlikely that what Cam'ron says his true. Then again, he could be covering his own ass!
Anybody interested in working for Cam'ron? You'll have to have a degree and pass a drug test. Oh, the irony...lol

Snitchin' Ain't Easy...

According to thesmokinggun.com T.I.'s former bodyguard, Corey Williams was sentenced to one year and one day in federal prison for purchasing illegal firearms for the boss man. Williams is currently imprisoned and could be eligible for release in as early as 10 months [pending good behavior]. T.I. must report to prison some time next month.

Bodyguard turned Informant. Is the snitch rule still in effect? I hope not for Corey's sake!

"NOTORIOUS" DVD

Some cast, crew and friends of the movie "NOTORIOUS" got together to celebrate the release of the movie to DVD. The party was hosted by VIBE and the festivities went down at The Pink Elephant in New York City yesterday. Good times! Lil' Cease and "Biggie" aka Jamal 'Gravy' Woolard were in the house. Antonique Smith, Toccara and Naturi Naughton all looked nice! Nick Cannon and Vibe Magazine's Danyel Smith smile for the cameras. Melyssa Ford made an appearance. Love the dress.
